One purchase, one edition
Buy the specified baseline edition for your selected scope, including the Excel workbook, research tables, bilingual brief and source index listed on the product page. Reporting periods, gaps and differences in basis remain visible. This is not a complete global mine census or real-time data. No automatic renewal, future editions, monthly service or custom research is included.
30 days to download; keep your edition
After payment is confirmed, the purchasing account may download from the order page for 30 days, until the expiry shown there. Downloaded files remain usable under this license after that window ends. Website updates do not replace your purchased edition. For a team, the purchaser downloads and shares files only with the named licensed users.
Individual or five-person team
An individual license covers one named user for work or research, including employer and client assignments. A team license covers up to five named users within one legal entity, including the purchaser. Do not share account credentials. Contact us for more than five users or use across legal entities.
Use it in reports and charts
You may use your own analysis, charts and limited factual excerpts in internal reports, client reports, presentations and published research, citing MetalsGoWhere, the edition and relevant original sources. Original conditions on third-party material still apply. Outputs must not let recipients reconstruct or replace the data pack. Do not resell, sublicense, publicly upload or share the files, workbooks or substantial dataset extracts, or supply them as a database, API or download service.
Request a refund within 14 days
Within 14 days of payment, email your order number to data@metalsgowhere.com to request a full refund, even if downloaded; no reason is required. Refunds use the original payment method and arrival time depends on the payment provider. After a refund, download access ends; stop using and delete the supplied files and team copies. Contact us about duplicate charges, non-delivery, corrupt files or a material mismatch with the description. This policy does not limit applicable statutory rights.
Check sources and research limits
We supply organized, checked and standardized research material and do not claim exclusive rights over underlying facts. Data may contain gaps or subsequent revisions; check original disclosures before important decisions. This is not investment advice and does not promise investment outcomes. Original company reports and third-party PDFs are not redistributed in the pack.
Seller, price and contact
The seller is Northeast Research (Singapore), trading as MetalsGoWhere Atlas. Contact data@metalsgowhere.com. Prices are in SGD; the total and any applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. These terms do not transfer the seller's tax obligations to the buyer. Singapore law applies without excluding mandatory protections applicable to the buyer.
Information needed for your order
Stripe hosted checkout handles payment information. We retain account identifiers, order/payment references, edition and license declarations needed for fulfillment, refunds and required accounting. Do not submit identity documents or unrelated information. Send order or privacy requests to the contact email.
